West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

It was perfect! She cried, my heart was full. This was a memorial for my wife in memory of a beautiful, faithful, loving companion.

The picture just wasn't quite right and doesn't really look like what I sent in. I wish we could proof/preview the final product.

This is the 5th time I’ve done a portrait here. I keep coming back as those prior have captured the pet so well. This time, though the art looks good, but it does not capture my cat like expected.

1st one was so good I had to order another one! 2nd one arrived and it had some imperfections. I gave them the feedback and sure enough they made it right! I will be buying all of my loved ones a West & Willow portrait as gifts moving forward. Thank you

6 weeks later an I still do not have my order despite me paying for their “skip the line” service. At this point I do not expect to see my order. Do not do business with these people

I just got the pet portraits of Duke and Duchess, and they look amazing! The detail is spot on, capturing every little feature of my dogs perfectly. It's like they're right there on the artwork. I’ve gotten so many compliments😊

The artwork is beautiful, looks just like my boys. Made and shipped very fast, thank you for everything :)

Fast turnaround. Looks exactly like the picture I sent in. Well done. Worth every penny.
