West and Willow captured our little Lintu perfectly! She looks absolutely beautiful. We are so grateful to have this stunning picture of her so we can remember her forever. Her image greets us at the door just as she used to. I smile everytime I enter.

The picture was awesome. However, there was a blemish on the white part.

You are not given the chance to review the “art” before purchasing. The final result was sort of amusing, and was nicely framed, but didn’t look much like the dog in the photo we submitted. Would not purchase again without being able to see the image in advance.

The redo was great after the original print was most unsatisfactory. The redo was printed and sent to me at no cost. The follow up customer service after the re-do was most appreciated! Thank you. This was the 4th print I've ordered

When my dog recently passed away I wanted one of their portraits of him. It came but it was off in his fur coloring. They sent me a brand new one at no extra cost. They were so helpful it getting it right. We absolutely love the portrait. It really captured him perfectly.
