I get the esthetic look of a small name and picture of animal, but I felt the name was WAY too smalI! I felt it could have been a bit larger. Overall, I didn’t feel it was worth the money I paid.

I wish the image of my dog was a little bigger and the name was moved down a bit more. To improve in the future I think you guys should send a confirmation image first before making and sending the product. We are paying a lot for a printed image so I think we should love the item not just settle with it.

I absolutely love my pictures. They are exactly what I ordered. The first one came in the mail and it was bent. I filed a form with the company. Within 24 hours, I had a response that said they would replace the original picture. I got the second one in about two weeks. It is not exactly the same as what I ordered. The coloring is a little different. I still love it and appreciate the fast response from the company.

Very responsive and helpful! I had ordered the traditional photo but when I seen the “Memorial” portrait I reached out to them and they were able to send me a new invoice and refund my original order within a very short period of time. The digital print came shortly after and the portrait was delivered very quick! It turned out absolutely beautiful, I would recommend to anyone.
