What made the experience great is that my sister loved the picture! Everything was beautiful

Melissa
Came out looking exactly like my sisters dog of 15.5 years. She recently had to say bye to him and this gift meant so much to her. She loves it so much

While I appreciated how quickly it was, I was disappointed that I didn't get to see a preview before it came out. That was one of the reasons I decided to order from you rather than cheaper options. The frames and paper seem quite cheap as well for the cost. It's fine, I don't need a refund, but I won't be recommending or ordering again.

Hello Carlton, Thank you for your honest feedback—we really appreciate you sharing this. We’re sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations, especially regarding the preview and materials. Your comments are valuable and will be taken on board as we continue to improve 💛

Easy to order, great options to chose from in terms of frame and ordering timeline is accurate. Overall cost is pretty high though in the end for one item.

Derrick
They didn’t really offer solution and kind of ignored the fact that the painting is wrong.

Hello Derrick, Thank you for your feedback—we’re really sorry to hear this was your experience. That’s not the level of support we aim to provide. We’d truly appreciate the chance to make things right—please feel free to reach out to our team so we can help resolve this for you 💛

I could not love my new puppy portraits more. They are displayed on the wall in my living room and everyone who has come over has commented on them. Three of the five dogs literally look exactly like the pups themselves, while two are a little less so, but I think that's an issue of the picture quality I provided. I have already recommended this to so many people.
Response from West & WillowMar 26, 2026
Hello Karyn, Thank you so much! We’re so happy to hear you love your portraits and that they’ve been getting so many compliments 🐾 It means a lot that you’d recommend us, and we truly appreciate your kind understanding as well. Enjoy your beautiful pups on display! 💛

Excellent! I was at first dissatisfied with the print when I received it in the mail, but West & Willow redid it and sent the revision to me at no extra charge and with absolutely no issue whatsoever.
