I love the ease of ordering and the quality received!!!

I’ve reached out twice for someone to co text me regarding my pet picture. The coloring isn’t right and his teeth are beige white. It doesn’t look like my yellow lab!

The artist was so sweet to reach out and ask for better pictures to capture each detail of our dogs. Excellent work!

This was my third order, this one was a gift. The recipient sent me a photo of it and I was really bummed to see how low the pet was placed, and how much space there was between him and his name. Really wish we could at least get a preview before finalizing the order. I absolutely love my print of my dog, but sadly I feel this gift was a miss/poorly done.

I purchased a 3 pet portrait with Digital Download. During my research on the company, it advises there is a 48hr timeline before receiving the digital download. It has been several weeks and I have not receive the digital download. I have reached out to the company via email and social media, yet have been told to wait a few days before reaching out. The company publishes a deadline they cannot meet. I also was not offered the Free Coffee Mug that is being published in their social media ads while I made my purchase. I quickly am feeling this company is a scam and do not recommend to anyone. I have yet to receive any response from management.

From start to finish, the process was super smooth! Received the picture with an awesome frame that made the image pop. Very pleased! My wife is going to love it.
