The picture I sent was of the two dogs laying down. The brown one in front. The dogs were separated, too far down at the bottom and a six inch space between their names and their pictures. One sided would be better with a well centered picture.

Hi there Sharon was amazing she seemed to understand how important this portrait is to get right. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about this special little dog and the extraordinary gift of love he gave my son. I hope you let her know. Leanne Taylor

Ordered a two-pet portrait for a family member, placed the order on November 27. Received the wrong order and had to get it fixed. It is now Christmas Eve, the day I planned to give it as a gift, and the correct one has still not yet arrived. Customer service was helpful in getting everything fixed but there is absolutely no reason why something I ordered in November isn’t here in time for Christmas. Seems like a messy disorganized company to me. Nothing special about it anyways, I’d recommend going to one of the many other companies that do the same things. This sort of thing is way too expensive to be experiencing issues like this. And the portraits are cute but certainly no masterpiece.

LOVE IT, CAME OUT GREAT

The quickness of the deliver and the creation of the product! The product itself is adorable and I love how they did everything. This is a present for my family, our family pet passed away beginning of this year and they captured his likeness to a tee! Amazing and beautiful product!

Picture came out perfect, was really quick from order to delivery. Awesome experience!

When i opened my package i was brought to tears. The picture was with my current dog and my dog that passed away. They did a beautiful job of capturing every detail of the dogs. I am about to give it to my parents for christmas and they are going to love it. Thank you so much!!

The most darling and realistic art work of our two dogs! It was spot on and I am so excited for my husband to open it at Christmas. Quick turn around time too!
