The product is very lovely. I just wish the actual animal was a big more on the canvas. It is such a small percentage of the canvas space.

The Single Art Drawing we received was incredible. However, the wrong colored frame was sent. Once I contacted them, they responded promptly and handled the problem with kindness and professionalism! I will order from West and Willow again!!

Love using West and Willow. I have done 3 paintings with them and have loved every single one. Definitely recommend!

Your customer service is not very good First of all, it is crazy that you have toput in an order but can’t even review what the end product would look like before you make your final decision Also trying to find any information about the status of your shipment is a joke Only thing you give us is the tracking number and when you go to UPS to look it up, it just keeps saying that they have not received it yet How Do you have a tracking number when the UPS don’t even have your parcel? Definitely not very happy the way you guys provide support for customers

This has been the third time that I've ordered from West and Willow and have had great experiences every time. This most recent order has been the best yet. Captured my dogs' personality perfectly!
