I originally submitted photos that I wanted to change and they were so accommodating and assured me it was no problem at all. They changed them to the pictures I wanted and I absolutely love my photo!

Customer service responded very quick and very helpful. They never hesitated to process and ship my replacement order. This is my 2nd time purchasing from them and I'm both very happy with their service and product. Will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a frame with two pets and it’s cute just one of them turned out more yellowish than she actually is I may provided a bad picture . I would order again , love the concept !!!

Ordered originally back in last week of March, said my order would be here in 2-4 weeks. Just got my order as of May 11 after messaging customer service constantly. They only refunded me $13, which is ridiculous considering I waited longer than expected for this gift. It’s two months past the time I wanted to give this gift. Also almost $90 for a tiny picture frame? I will never purchase from this place again.

I got this for my mother with our pet that passed away a few years ago. It came out absolutely excellent! It looked just like our dog and I would absolutely recommend them.

I ordered the week before mother’s day and i got it the Saturday before Mother’s Day. Shipping and everything is very quick and the portrait itself was amazing. I was very happy with everything and would definitely order more!

I ordered a picture back on April 9th and was suppose to get an email with updated tracking information/rough ETA within 5-7days. Nothing was ever sent. However, I kept getting notifications to review my purchase...reached out to customer support and was told they try and get the most accurate photo/artwork as possible. This made no sense to me seeing it was a few weeks ago when I sent the order in. Then they came back saying there was a system glitch...Why not tell me right away what had happened vs trying to cover it up? No offer was made to make it right. If you are on a time crunch, do not rely on their timeline.
