Mark Howard made our buying experience pleasant. He was very patient, kind, personable and helpful. Mark understood our situation and found the car that met our expectation and need. I would recommend Mark and this dealer to anyone.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to others! For starters, Frank Millan did an excellent job at helping me find a car that absolutely fit my style (It was the first car he showed me, no less!), and even helped to make it affordable, which was an absolute blessing. And all of this was done with a big smile and genuine caring attitude. Even now, months after my car purchase, he does all that he can to help answer any questions that might arise and also makes a point to check in on my visits to make sure everything is running smoothly with the car. Everyone at this dealership is centered around being as helpful as possible and providing the best service that they can, and in my opinion, they pass with flying colors!

my entire experience at Wesley chapel Toyota was amazing. I received great assistance not only from Mark Howard (salesman) but the entire staff. they have a great selection of vehicles to choose from. friendly service and work to the best of their abilities to not only get me a car in my price range but a car that suits me in every way. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

I was very pleased with the customer service from Wesley Chapel Toyota. When working with Michael Haake, to find the right car for me he was very considerate and I can tell he understood what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I will be recommending friends and family to work with Michael

I have given this rating because they made it so comfortable for me and my family to come in Michael Haake and his associates were so welcoming to us while we were in there. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Best experience I ever had buying a car,no hassle ,no surprises, just a fine car.THANK YOU ps will go back and will tell my friends and family members.

Michael was extremely helpful and his communication with us as he searched for the specific model of Prius C 3 in Habenero was top notch. We had a couple of bumps along the way to completing the deal, nothing unusual, and Michael was on top of the situation which led to quick resolution of the few issues we encountered.

Eric Riley has been excellent in regards to customer service. I purchased my vehicle through Eric and the customer service has been exceptional. He makes sure that all your needs are met during the time of purchase as well as after you drive car home. I truly appreciate you Eric and look forward to doing more business with you.

My husband and I were very happy with the sales, service and general friendliness we recieved at Wesley Chapel Toyota. We purchased A 2013 RAV 4 and LOVE IT. Eric is a very knowledgable and friendly salesperson and is a great asset to your company and Toyota.
