The service here at Wesley Chapel Toyota is outstanding. Being a first time buyer and new college grad, I was not very knowledgeable in financing, insurance, etc. Eric Riley and Matt Schemkes were very friendly, and provided exceptional service by giving me information that will help me to be a responsible car owner. Eric was very patient and understanding with my need for time on my decision, and in no way did I feel pressure to make a decision right away. He was so kind and personally showed me all of the features of my vehicle. I am so glad I went here to purchase a car, and this has changed my whole perception of Wesley Chapel Toyota. I live closer to Toyota of Tampa Bay but having received such great service, I will choose to make the extra drive to have my service done at Wesley Chapel Toyota.
