We'd been saving money for a Toyota Camry Hybrid. When we had about enough for a decent used one, we called dealerships all over the state and constantly checked websites. Wesley Chapel had the best prices and apparently has a huge inventory. Our sales professional, MARK HOWARD, found our car almost immediately. He really listened to us and made sure we got our priorities. Timing is so important, and though he located the perfect car, we didn't quite have enough money. He made it happen in spite of all odds. He made us happy and he made customers for life! Between giving us more for our trade-in than anyone else was willing to, and coming down on an already fair internet price, we were able to also extend ourselves a little more, and a deal was made! We not only got our dream car, but MARK delivered it, and with a full tank of gas! Incredible, especially in this day and age, to meet with such thoughtfulness and integrity. Jack Peck was my sales person at Wesley Chapel Toyota. He was Awesome!!! He didn't blow smoke like a lot of sales reps. I told him what car I wanted, what options I wanted, and what I wanted to pay. I also had a trade in and told him what I wanted from that as well. He made it happen. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and the SUV I was looking at. He wanted me to be happy with my new purchase..... Jamie the finance guy was Awesome as well. Very knowledgeable and was great to talk to... Michelle Terry was AWESOME as well, She helped get my extra accessories done in a timely manner.
