I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision! They actually wrote a deal and gave me ample time to process it! Mark Howard greeted us as soon as we got down from our car. I had already been at the kia dealership so I was ready to rumble. But it was not like that at all. Mark approached us in such a nice and mellow way that I didn't feel overwhelmed. We told him a little bit about our lifestyle and the size of our family and he lead the way into showing us what they had to offer. He helped us pick out the perfect car for our family. on the 10th of February I bought my very first new car from Joseph Cirillo at Wesley Chapel Toyota. My father has bought 5 cars from them in the past and couldn't recommend them enough, so I chose I chose to go with them as well. Not long after I arrived an salesman strolled out toward me, my thought "here we go it's on". as it happened I got the best employee on the lot Joseph Cirillo. He was respectful of what I wanted and didn't try and push too much car on me. He was patient with my questions and answered each one as I presented them, he also walked out to the far lot several times to find the car I wanted. Inside during negotiations I had a trick up my sleeve, a price guarantee from truecar.com. As it turns out I didn't need it Joe priced the car with the online price out of the gate. I didn't need to negotiate a price. I got the one I wanted. he also worked with me to get a descent payment as well. I will be back to Wesley Chapel because of Joseph Cirillo.

I don't often write reviews, but when I do, it is because of exemplary service. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience that I had in purchasing two new cars from Wesley Chapel Toyota. We went originally on a Friday evening to trade my husband's Tacoma for a Prius, and toyed with the idea of trading in my Venza for something newer. Jeff Loper and John Weicherding were so incredibly helpful and kind to me, my husband, and our 2 young children that we came back the next day and bought a new Sienna minivan! The culture of being friendly, helpful, and accommodating is evident in each interaction with the sales staff. I had the good fortune of having Frank be my finance contact, and he was also a joy with whom to conduct business. I will undoubtedly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota, and Jeff Loper, to my family and friends. I found Eric Riley to be knowledgeable,informative,communicative and caring. The vehicle I wanted was not in stock and had to be ordered, Eric Riley kept me up to date on a regular basis as to the progress of my order. The money given on my trade in was fair and the dealership went out of their way to be competive with the price of the Tundra I ordered. Members from all depts met with me during the delivery process to answer questions and provide customer support. All in all a very positive expereince.
