Help! My clients paid 600.00 each on the BOOKFRESH website on March 7, 2015. They confirmed that the charges cleared their accounts. WEPAY will not respond to my inquiries.... Book fresh gave me the same telephone # for WEepay as I have. Guess what? The automated phone services refers you to the website.... There is no "live chat". Book fresh tells me that they are completely separate companies.... Then why can my clients book and pay for a session on 1 website? My small business is in real trouble.... This is my rent money that WEPAY is holding...... Each day the date for funds available changes......... I am giving them until the end of the day and then Im going to have my clients cancel the charges..... Scam!!!!!!!

Let me first start off by saying that I have always been a big supporter and fan of Wepay. Their solution is perfect for a web design and development company like mine and I have referred them to about 4 clients of mine ( 1 of whom had the same issue i am about to describe ) . I received multiple payments in the past without issues. Always been very happy until 2 weeks ago .. I received a payment for $705 and then was told there would be a 1 week hold until it is released.. I waited that week and then I was told to wait another week. I waited another week. Keep in mind I operate a small business and cash flow is important.. I had to get a cash advance to be able to eat until this issue is resolved, although it doesn't seem likely. I was told by (NAME), and (NAME) that my funds would be released today, the 18th for sure. After not seeing anything, I contacted them and did not receive any answers as of yet as to where my funds are. More alarming is the fact that my reserve now shows: "Your funds are temporarily held in reserve to cover any potential chargebacks or disputes you may receive from customers. If you receive over $0.00 in 56 days, the excess funds will be available in 56 days. Learn more" Edit: They have now shut down my account, and are telling me that they will hold to my $705 for 30 days... I asked them to refund the payment, will update on how that goes.

WePay has been a fantastic company for our group! It was very easy to set up an account for fundraising, as well as our group account. The customer service is phenomenal; they were quick to reply, eager to help, and honest when they could not help. I will definitely use WePay again in the future & would recommend them to anyone.

I honestly can't say enough good stuff about how happy I am with the costumer service I received from go fund me. They've far exceeded any expectations I had, they are next level and other businesses could learn from their example. Thank you go fund me!
