There was 300$ paid to me from my gofundme which i have since closed. Waited a few days for the money to process now it looks like the money is gone now that anytime i click anything i get 404. Im glad you stole 300$, the person messaged me on facebook and told me about how you did not even refund her, after i told her about me never getting the money. A bunch of scammers who like to take peoples money. Dont waste your f***ing time. :(

I set up a GoFundMe account to help with emergency car repairs and a WePay account to get the money. I got the donations I needed then I asked for the money to be transferred to my bank account via WePay. Three days later I get an email from GoFund Me saying that my account could no longer accept payments and my account was being closed. I contacted 'customer happiness' who said that WePay could not process my transfer so my account was closed. I contacted WePay 'Customer Delight (what a joke THAT is)at We Pay and all they would tell me was that they could not process my transfer. I asked them why and what went wrong and told them (and Go Fund Me) that I could verify all my information but all WePay would tell me was that their review process was 'proprietary' and they could not tell me what the problem was. I saved all the emails for reference. So now my donor feels horrible that he tried to help but couldn't, and I'm out money I desperately need for repairs to the car I desperately need to get to work. No car=no job. No job= no money, no apartment and nowhere to go. The fact that there is no physical address and no phone number available for WePay is absurd. You have no recourse except to go through email which may or may not work. I talked to the people at my bank and they advised me to contact the Department of Consumer Protection and/or the Banking Commissioner for my state because this situation was ridiculous and the very least they could do is answer my questions and try and straighten out the problem. I'm also considering contacting the local TV stations about this. The very least they can do is give me an honest answer to my question and give me the opportunity to correct any problems. To do ANYTHING else is NOT 'customer service' much less 'customer delight'.

My grandson passed 3 days ago and I can't do anything all because I have an old number linked to my account. Wepay responded that my ID wasn't clear enough. I immediately sent a better picture. I've sent a few more emails but nothing. Horrible.

Someone set up a gofund me page after a tragic accident and unfortunately there have been numerous scam donations. I was told this is how thieves check to see if the credit cards they stole are beneficial to them. I have notified wepay numerous times about this and now wepay is taking money out of my checking account to cover their fees for the scam. After going through a tragic event and no income coming in they are taking the legit donations right out of my checking account.

My first withdrawal got process November 13th and today is the 20th of November and I still haven't got anything I feel like they keep telling me it's okay I really don't know what's going on I haven't got my funds yet and I'm very unhappy that I can't talk to someone I'm very unhappy I have to email I'm all the way are very unhappy with the service don't you want to know what's going to make me happy getting my money

I've never done a trust pilot review. But felt the need to do one for this company. The team at Wepay are always professional, prompt and courteous. They have always gone above and beyond to address any issues or concerns that I've had. I have been a customer with them for about three years and have always received the same, consistent great service! Highly recommend!

I am kinda beyond myself right now. I am not sure what kind of company would conduct themselves in such a way. Really, idk what to say. I signed up with Wepay through the Zoho Invoice software that I am using. I am a solid user who has been processing many thousands of dollars per month, for years, through Paypal. Then I got an email saying they are closing my account, with no explanation and for no reason. To add insult to injury, they took the liberty to refund any payments that had recently been processed with them so now I have to go play bill collector. A lot of people leave one star reviews somewhat harshly. This one star review is totally, and completely deserved. I wish I could post a picture of the email they sent me saying my account was being closed. Surely, there was no copywriting expertise involved..
