I'm still waiting for a change of the Wemax DIce projector. It came with a defect (it didn't project anything). They told me that there was no problem in exchanging it and they gave me an address where I could deliver the project (to Germany, I'm from Spain). After delivery confirmation they tell me that they do not have the product and that the address is incorrect (the same address they gave me through email). Since i bought it have pased more than 2 months. I don't have a projector, i'm 400 euros short and i payed 45 euros for the post mail.

Llevo un mes esperando a que me llegue mi pedido y no tengo respuestas del soporte ni del chat ni de nada no sé qué ha pasado ni dónde está . Ya va a pasar el plazo de devolución y aún ni me ha llegado y se supone que tardaban 5 días .

The projector screen doesn’t come up and down . There is some issue with it, I have a feeling that this is not a new screen. I may have got a lemon product or a second hand item
