Love my Projecto on my 150 inch screen

From placing the order to receiving it was expeditious. When I reached out to customer service my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The product is exactly as described; no surprises.

Muy eficiente y muy rápido me llegó

I have placed and order since the 11th and I havent gotten a feedback or an update on the tracking of my item. Not sure what i'm meant to do after this. I have sent many emails and messages and NO reply from them whatsoever. Quite frustrating.

Yes all good

First, it took forever to ship and arrive. That aside, the instructions do not match the product. For example, it states that you should align the frame on the screen, which should have corner lines to help with alignment. That was not true for me. This translated into me having to take the screen down, and attempt to realign multiple times as it would translate to warping of the screen around the edges. I am still trying to get it to be properly stretched. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND having a professional who has done this before do, it for you or prepare to spend hours and a lot of energy attempting to get this done. And possibly failing.

Great，Like it.
