Product Good, Support Nonexistent
The product has worked well for the most part, but when I had an issue with it I emailed Wemax twice at support@ and still haven't received a reply 1 week later.

Shipping mess up and difficult to reach
Ordered a screen 10 days ago, it says label created on FedEx and they haven’t received the shipping. Emailed Wemax support and got no response, their customer support number doesn’t work. Terrible experience so far as the screen is no where to be seen

I just wanted to return the project…
I just wanted to return the project that i didnt like and they have been keep on neglecting my matter and there is no reply from their side and the customer support has been not connecting through calls

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. I received the product promptly but the screen quit working the first day. They have gone silent and done nothing to remedy the problem. They have no working phone number even tho I have repeatedly asked for one in emails. I was forced to reach out to my credit card company for help and they returned my money in a dispute. I can’t recommend this company at all even tho the product looks nice.
