The usb trigger does not retract the screen when the projector is powered off. Re-matching the code did not help. No way to get support from Wemax from their website as sending email from the contact us link did not work. No phone number to call either.

The company exists, I have a projector (WEMAX dice) that has turned out to be very good, really good! But I ordered a spare remote control and they told me they didn’t have it in stock and asked if I wanted to cancel it, to which I said cancel the order and I want a refund, but I don’t know why, the next day it turned out that my product had been shipped. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but after being told that it was not in stock and that’s why I canceled the order, I had to order it from another site, so now I have two remote controls.

This is not your perfect ALR screen. Could it be perfect ? It could but serious design flaw. There is just one support in the middle which is held by 2 screws above and 2 bottom. This creates an unnecessary tension on middle joint which bends the screen at middle. Screen material is good and precision is good too except at the corner. This should not be costing so much giving the flaws.

I am updating my review at this time do to the fact that customer support has contacted me. The problem with the screen has not been solved so I'm still not 100% satisfied. I sure hope the problem with the screen can be fixed, and at that point I will be very satisfied. until than I am still not happy with the product. Here is the original review. I purchased a 120" Electric Floor Rising Tension ALR Ultra Short Throw Screen w/ Smart Voice Control and I am very dissatisfied with it. This item cost a lot of money and therefor should be of better quality than it is. There are waves or rolls on both the right and left of the screen. There should be more tension on both sides of the screen to prevent this. Also I tried reaching out to your customer support via email an got no response. Very poor customer support.

The quality of the screen is good. The instructions for building the screen and mounting the screen are vague at best and not the most user friendly. It took me 5 hours to build and mount the screen, after having to check and double check and measure and remeasure. Also, the machined parts don't always align as well and you will need to be creative with how you build the screen without ruining it.

I followed the directions perfectly and after about 1 week the top corners started to sag/wrinkle there was 2 different tensions on the springs, I would suggest just setting them to the max tension when you build the screen the first time so you don't have to take it down and do it a week later like me.

The WEMAX DICE 700 ANSI protector is a good quality profuct and I'm very happy and satisfied with ot.ñ, however the shipment has many problemas (the direction of my House went wrong yo the shipment company) and I had to go to a far warehouse in order to receive It. Also the tripod was sent in other shipment due to an error
