WEMAX 120' ALR screen.
I ordered a 120' ALR screen. After 2 weeks I didn't get a tracking number. So I wrote an e-mail to the support. They told me that something happened with my package and apologised for it. They sent a new screen and one day later I had the tracking number. With a little delay I got my screen. The product is great and easy to build even if you are alone like me. In conclusion I can say that WEMAX has a great support if something goes wrong.

Scratches on the top left side
Hi I received the screen and there are a few scratches on the top left side of the screen.. I left a message for customer service but no one has gotten back to me yet!!

No response from Customer Service
I reached out to ask about a return and have not heard back from your company. I have not opened the product and have it laying in my living room in an effort to preserve the condition of the screen. Do you not honor returns? I had submitted the request within the return policy window. Please advise.
