If your Premium features disappeared, it usually means the app temporarily lost access to your subscription data. This can often be fixed by restoring your purchase: open the app, go to Menu → Settings → Restore Purchase (on iOS). If that doesn’t help, please send us a bug report directly from the app (Menu → Report a problem) or email us at [email protected], and our team will check your payment and assist you right away. We also want to apologize for the delay in response, as we’ve recently expanded our support coverage and are doing our best to reply to every user as quickly as possible.

Hi! We weren’t represented here earlier, so we’re getting back to you now with a delay. We’re really sorry for the unpleasant experience, as that definitely shouldn’t happen. Unfortunately, we can’t control the flashlight brightness on mobile devices, as it’s managed by the system. To avoid overheating, please try keeping your finger 1–2 mm away from the flashlight, placing only the tip of your finger over it, or covering just half of the flash. That should still provide enough light for an accurate measurement while keeping your finger comfortable and safe.

We’ve only recently made ourselves available here, so our reply comes late. Connection drops between Welltory and wearables can sometimes occur if permissions in Apple Health reset after system updates or logouts. Unfortunately, the app can’t automatically reconnect when this happens, which might explain why data stopped syncing. We’d love to look into your specific case and make it right. Could you please send us a bug report from the app (Menu → scroll down → Report a problem)? Our team will recheck your logs, confirm the Premium status for that period, and do our best to offer a fair solution. Welltory analyzes heart rate variability (HRV) to estimate how your body is responding to stress, rest, and recovery. These numbers can sometimes feel counterintuitive because HRV reflects your body’s physiological state, not your conscious feelings of stress. For instance, after waking up, your body might still be in recovery mode, which can register as higher stress. That said, your feedback is totally valid, as HRV is complex, and we’re constantly improving our algorithms to make the insights clearer and more intuitive. Wir antworten später, da uns diese Bewertungen bisher auf dieser Plattform nicht zur Verfügung standen, wollten uns aber trotzdem bei Ihnen melden. Es tut uns sehr leid, von Ihrer Erfahrung zu hören. Welltory ist derzeit auf Englisch verfügbar, und wir arbeiten daran, die Sprachunterstützung in Zukunft zu erweitern. Die Screenshots im App Store werden von Apple automatisch an Ihre Region angepasst, die App-Oberfläche selbst bleibt jedoch vorerst auf Englisch. Stornierungen oder Rückerstattungen werden direkt von Apple bearbeitet, da alle Zahlungen über den App Store über deren System abgewickelt werden.
