If you ever want to get even more out of it, a small tip is to take measurements under similar conditions (for example, in the morning) and focus on trends over time. That’s where the insights usually become the most useful.

You can cancel your subscription without going in circles, and we don’t have access to your payment details to remove or change them: those are always managed by the platform where the subscription was purchased (App Store, Google Play, or our website). To help you properly, please send us a message from inside the app: Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send. This way your request reaches the right team, and we can guide you step-by-step based on where your subscription was actually bought.
