Charged without authorization
This company is a nightmare. After taking weeks to ever respond to me or send me my product, they have just charged me again for another 3 months of service which I did not authorize. I also never authorized them to save any payment information for me. I suspect it will take me months to get any kind of response again. Please don't use this company.

Shady operation
Like others, paid for 3 months and after a period of no response after payment, eventually received 1 month supply then was fully ghosted. I have reached out 5 times to get my refill with absolutely no response. If I do not receive a response this week I will get the state and federal authorities involved with weightrx as well as the assigned medical provider and recommend you do the same if you do not receive the products and services you paid for. You are better off going to a local weight loss clinic in your area for semaglutide.

DO NOT use this company!
DO NOT use this company!! I paid up front for 3 months of medication. The first 2 months were fine but then I was completely ghosted. No meds or any contact for the 3rd month that I paid for. I've reached out to customer service 3 times with no response. The TrustPilot "rating" on their website says 4.8/5 but here on TrustPilot it's already 2.5/5. Obviously this is happening to many people. Unfortunately I got scammed. Too bad because the meds were working before they stopped sending them.

STAY AWAY!! Weightrx is not capable of keeping up with demand
Bought 3 month plan. Received 1st half of my order. I was told on week 5 I would receive a questionnaire that would determine the second half dosage. I never received any further communication. I have reached out multiple times and no response

Scammed out of money
They say they operate in CA but their intake form refuses to service CA. They charge you money and then don't refund it, or even reply to you. I will be filing a lawsuit in small claims if they cannot bother responding to me.

I have submitted multiple support…
I have submitted multiple support requests and emails to cancel my account. I haven’t received product for 3 months yet I have been charge for all of those months and they will not respond to my request for cancellation.

Got to love companies with no phone…
Got to love companies with no phone numbers. Should have figured this would be my experience. Do not give this company your information or you will be charged and ghosted with absolutely no idea if and when you get the medication. I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund as I never have even spoken to the doctor. Nothing. Silence.

Scared I Got Scammed
Easy and quick to join, but my medication was delivered to Miami instead of Ohio. Contacted company repeatedly, but no reply or fix. Today I asked to cancel membership and get a refund. Received full refund 10/30/2023.
