There’s always a hidden fee
I bought their Groupon which promised the following:, “Swift processing of Semaglutide prescription, upon approval. Initial prescription dosage (0.25mg for the first 2 weeks, followed by 0.5mg for the next 4 weeks). Essential tools for easy medication administration” How that reads, you would expect you would have the dosage sent to you because of your purchase. Instead, WeightRx said the “prescription dosage” simply refers to the standard dosage for new patients and it will not cover the cost of the medicine itself. There’s an additional $229 fee just to get the medicine delivered every month. All that to say, you are paying for getting a prescription that can be provided by a more reliable source, your primary care doctor. There’s also no way to login to your account online to see what the status of your charges or medicine are. All in all, if you work with this company, expect to pay way more than they let on. EDIT responding to WeightRx: Blaming your customers for issues with how your team mislabeled services is gaslighting. Let’s just look at the logic here. Your monthly fee is $249, which “covers the full Semaglutide treatment” (medicine included). Your Groupon coupon claims to be %90 off of $249 (the cost of your supposed full package), bringing the coupon price to $25. In your Groupon listing, you specifically claimed to provide the “Initial prescription dosage” which you have since removed because you realized your mistake after my purchase. So all that to say, you are claiming to have a Groupon that is 90% off your full package, but not including the most important part of the package which is the medication itself. Instead, folks that purchase the Groupon are charged an additional $229, bringing total cost to $255, which is more than the actual full package. Stop trying to scam people on Groupon and force them to pay more for a service that is less.

Our price is clearly $249/mo or $479/3 months on our website. This customer purchased a prescription-only Groupon discount for $25, with medication billed separately. Customer read description/terms and agreed twice that he understood that this was for the doctors visit alone and that the cheapest option would be on our website, which includes everything. Customer said he understood and then paid us for the separate cost of the medication. We delivered the same-day doctor visit, prescription, and lab order to the patient. As the pharmacy is sending his medication out, he writes to us that he wants a refund for the medication costs but still wants us to send the medication. Customer insisted that we promised: - Doctor visit - Prescription - Medication - Medication delivery - 24/7 Monthly Doctor Support ...for $25 This is simply not true. Your TrustPilot profile also shows a dark pattern of trying to discredit other businesses as well to get services for free. Patient has been threatening our support team about writing this review and attempting to force us to pay for his medication costs out of our own pocket, to no success on his part. Swiftly refunded, Not a customer we would like to continue an engagement with. Andy R. Support Manager Patient Care Team
