I am writing this to warn other consumers about my experience with Weight Rx. They have taken my money but have completely failed to provide the product and telehealth service I paid for. Instead of fulfilling their obligations, they offer a continuous stream of shifting excuses—blaming everything from "state inspections" to other completely irrelevant events. It is a clear pattern of avoiding delivery while holding onto consumer funds. Taking payment without delivering the agreed-upon medical service or product is entirely unacceptable and deceptive. If this matter is not immediately rectified with a full refund, I will continue to escalate this through formal consumer protection channels. Avoid this company.

I've been advised by my PCP to quit taking this medication because of my bowel problems and this product causing constipation. I relayed my medical history in my original application which included my colon cancer surgery and ostomies that had been reversed they sent the trizepitide. I reported that my PCP ordered me to stop, I reported this and have never heard anything back. I still have 1/2 my original prescription and all of my 2nd prescription unused. They are now wanting me to accept a third order. They say they read every check-in but at this point I don't believe it. I payed close to $1000.00 for a medication I can't use and they have never reached out to help me

I have to say, the support at WeightRx leaves a bit to be desired. I was told I paid for a YEAR - starting in April 2026 - @ $83/month - $996 - all of which was paid up front. I am receiving upwards of 10 messages a day telling me to renew @ $75/month. Do I not have another 6 months left on my subscription? This is exceedingly alarming and such a ripoff. I am so disappointed. I have sent several emails with this same question and have yet to hear anything back.

I get a minimum of 5, and often more, emails a day from this company. I just received 2 within 1 minute. They do not respect unsubscribe requests. This isn't marketing, it is HARASSMENT and it needs to stop.

This is by far the worst online pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. By orders of magnitude the worst. When I started with Weight Rx I established what I believed to be a year supply at my dose 7.5 mg/dL. The advertisement indicated that there would not be an additional charge for my higher dosage. I received a three- months supply at 7.5 mg/dL and provided myself weekly injections just as I did with my previous and initial provider, CoreAge Rx. Once that initial supply ran low I contacted WeightRx to receive the next shipment and was immediately informed by their representative that I would need to pay an additional $99.00 p/mth to continue receiving the medication at a dosage higher than the starter dose of 2.5mg/dL. They claimed that was a detail of my plan. I refused to give them a dime beyond the near $1,200.00 that I have already given them. I asked them then to send the remainder of the product that they owed to me. Weight Rx representatives responded to my request suggesting that I go online and order my refill. The online portal is telling me that I can move forward with ordering a refill at 2.5mg/dL on a MONTHLY injection schedule. That would effectively reduce the amount of product that I would receive by more than 75%. In my opinion, WeightRx is stealing from me at this point. They are literally trying to get me agree to receive much less than what I paid for. It is my hope that others will read this and not have to suffer the same consequences I have for conducting business with WeightRx. I have given WeightRx multiple opportunities to make this right and they have chosen to gaslight me instead. Word to wise; don't let my loss be yours. CoreAge Rx may cost more initially but you will surely receive all that you paid for. I am very, very disappointed with my experience with WeightRx.

WeightRX.com stole almost $1,000 from me. I paid for a year's supply and they only ended up sending me a portion of the year's supply. They said it after a a certain amount of weeks they would send the remaining supply so that it wouldn't go bad. They never sent the remaining supply and it's been almost a year that I have been trying to get a refund. Customer service is literally non-existent. I would STAY FAR AWAY from this company.

Do not use this company. They charge for doing nothing. Support is a joke.
