Update
No medical,I order and pd Friday 4 days Says same day Dr No response I’m calling bbb Cc company Others sites on compound are awesome Well I was contacted so this is good I sent Sarah and Ada numbers Still no Dr evaluation Will update if everything goes well They contacted and order is on the way Was a pc glitch I never received email So they seem professional and legit Randy was helpful Thank you Randy! Meds came overnight I recommend them

This company is fraudulent piece of nothing! I wouldn't recommend, and they're just taking your money! I paid for the 3 months for 300 plus dollarsand I was told that I'd get a confirmation email, never got it! I sent two emails to customer service, I still haven't gotten any response. I tried called the number, and all they were trying to do was sell me this medical device, and the person wouldn't let me do anything else. This is a scam.

This is scam I paid my money did the…
This is scam I paid my money did the onboarding spoke with a doctor numerous times who instructed me my medication was sent to the pharmacy the doctor stated the is through WeightRx so you have to contact customer service to find out any delivery information I’ve email at least ten times and only response I received was a link to do the onboarding again with no instructions or reply to my question and no medication they took my 200 and something dollars this is totally a scam

Fraudulent company
I purchased a Groupon for a consultation - which I never received. I was also charged an additional amount of $197.00. After I paid the additional $197.00, I received another e-mail telling me I would be contacted shortly. Never heard anything again. I have written then via the Contact Us portion of their and still have not heard anything back. I will be contacting my credit card company to report the fraud and make sure this fraudulent company does not continue charging me. I also find it interesting on the Weight Rx webpage it states it has a 4.5 rating with Trust Pilot and the Trust Pilot website as Weight RX at 2.5 rating????

I strongly advise avoiding this company…
I strongly advise avoiding this company due to their abysmal customer service. They do not provide a phone number for contact, only email. I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism. This is my second attempt at giving them a chance, but it has been a total failure. I suspect foul play as they attempted to charge my card twice.

I was charge 479 twice
I was charge 479 twice. I received one appointment and 1 month of medication. This site says. 1. I month free of medical treatment and delivery. 2. $49/mo at 1mg/per week or more Went to make my next appointment and got charged again even though the first 479 was for 3 months. I only had one appointment. I have emailed and no response. Very poor business acumen.i want my money back.

Terrible, fraudulent company
It is impossible to get a response from anyone at this company. I suspect their weight loss drugs are not even legitimate. Their website shows a false TrustPilot rating and states that you can get your money back if you aren't satisfied with your results. That is absolutely false, because if you do want your money back (or any other assistance for that matter) the only way to get ahold of them is their customer service email address... which they will never respond to. I paid for three months up front and asked for a refund before my first month was even up. No response. Then in month four, they attempted to charge me for another three months even though their website said nothing about it being a continuing subscription, and I did not authorize them to save my credit card info or enroll me in a subscription service. This company is misleading, fraudulent, non-responsive, and dangerous. Do not give them your money.

I was charged by the company even though I had a Groupon as payment. I had to send 30 emails to get my money back. Do not use.
