Have a hard time getting refills i submit a form saying I am ready and I don't get the form for me to fill out for my next dose. Still have 1 more refill that I have paid for, and can't get through to get it sent to me

I contacted the provider about the difference in the prescription they sent me and what they said they were sending me. I’m not sure which is correct. Provider said he sent my question to customer service but I have not heard anything back from them yet, it’s been four days.

This company does a bait and switch!! I’m on the highest dose of Tirzepatide and have been with other online businesses for over a year. When I saw the low prices and good reviews I thought I’d switch to WeightRX. I was negatively surprised after paying for an entire year up front and after one month they began to add on an additional $99/month “because it’s a high dosage”. I am essentially now paying $185/month and that is NOT what I signed up for. This high dosage additional monthly fee was never disclosed before I sent my payment. Steer clear of this company if you’re on higher doses or hope to increase your doses. I will be contacting my cc fraud service

Very deceptive practices employed by WeightRX if you don't start at the lowest dose. They claim to include 3 months free at a higher dose, then $99 per month after- effectively doubling the price. But, when I entered an order for the higher dose- where the site showed I had 2 more remaining- it still required $99 payment. Bait and switch, do not recommend.

It was easy to get started. However, read the fine print as you have to pay a monthly fee for an increased dose. At first things were easy and then they went through a time period where refills weren’t being processed. I went almost a month without a dose because they wouldn’t process it. That was very frustrating. Overall, I wouldn’t go with this company again. My wife used a different service and it was far easier than weightRX.

There is a price increase for doses over 5mg of an additional $100 per month beginning at month 4. Billed 3 months at a time and this also has to be paid before they will ship. Whats the point of paying for a whole year if I have to pay more every 3 months. Plus a total cost of $200 a month is ridiculous!

In the beginning, the website was super easy to use. I reviewed all the information, including the part where it says your cost IS PROTECTED from increases. This is a lie. I got my first 3months very quickly! I connected with the doctor, and everything was going great... UNTIL... I was about a week out of needing a refill, so I initiated the refill process. I completed the form, answered all their emails, and told them I am happy with the current dose and don't want an increase in dosage. That's when I started getting "Past-Due" invoices. Mind you, I paid for a year up front. When I asked why I'm getting the invoices, they responded with "The increased dosage is an extra $99/mo." I have reached out to them SEVERAL times to insist they send only what I've already paid for, or issue me a refund. ... crickets... I reached out to the doctor, and he said he would escalate the issue, but haven't heard anything back. I really feel scammed and my next course of action is to go to the police and file fraud and theft charges. It's been almost a month since I requested my FIRST refill and have received nothing.

Weight RX is a rip off. I paid for six months for $749. My prescription was 7.5 for one month, 10.0 for the second month and 12.5 for the third month. Now they’re telling me that anything going forward over 5.0 will be an extra charge of $99 per month. These people are scammers that are not to be trusted.
