I’ve been with Metabolic Makeover Academy for a little over six months, and I feel so great! I’m lifting heavier at the gym than I ever have, and my confidence has grown so much. The support from my coach (Sasha) has made such a difference. This program has changed me in so many ways, beyond just the physical changes. I feel stronger, more confident, and really proud of myself. I’m so glad I joined!

I joined MMA beginning of July 2026, came across Audrey on IG, and her message simply spoke to me about feeling stuck, trying so many things and not seeing results. I couldn't believe the transformation I am going through, coaches are amazing, I have Sasha, she is my hero, helped me see where I am lacking in nutritions and simply fixed all gut issues, the workouts and mindset, the whole offering of MMA helped me be on track to the person I want to be! Highly recommend, we are worth the investment!

This has been the best coaching experience I have had! I Lost a little over 25 pounds and im feeling so much stronger! A few of my favorites were.. how supported I felt by my coach and how freaking encouraging she was! I never felt like I was too much.. or was silly for dealing with something! Another HUGE thing was how respected I felt with my food choices. I eat real food, but im not afraid to get some carbs from raw milk, fruits, maple syrup and honey.. and I never felt like my coach tried to control that. (My last coaching experience with another company had felt completely opposite) but I would MUCH rather have extra sugar from clean food if it has minerals rather than fake food with no nutritional value. And last.. I can not speak enough about the way Metabolic Makeover Academy values relationship and integrity with those they coach! I felt that so many times through the signing up process and through my almost 9 months of coaching! Highly recommend MMA! Its about results.. for YOU!

I started MMA in April 2025. I was the heaviest I’d ever been and genuinely didn’t know where to go from there. Coach Bailey helped me figure out that my habits weren’t aligning with my goals. She helped me with consistency and encouraged me through 2 fat loss phases where I’ve lost 20 lbs and maintained!! She never once made me feel incapable or silly for times I wasn’t consistent. She worked around my crazy nursing schedule as well as my social calendar. I’ve learned how to cook for myself while choosing the healthier options. I’ve also learned how to go to restaurants and not overeat. She also planned all my workouts and I learned that progressive overload/walking were all I needed to be successful in the gym! I am so grateful for MMA and recommend HIGHLY to anyone who wants to change their life! I always thought that my age was the reason I couldn’t “lose the weight”, but really it was the misinformation I was given about diets and exercise. MMA is for everyone- whether you’re a mom, single with a busy career, or older in age. I couldn’t recommend enough! It’s worth it to change your life and be healthy! I joined the Metabolic Makeover Academy just over two months ago, and I've been nothing but impressed from the beginning. The program has a very thorough onboarding process with tons of resources to set you up for success. Admittedly the first few weeks can feel very overwhelming as you begin your protocols. My coach (Bailey) was/has been so amazing and patient with me as a got ramped up. I joined Metabolic Makeover Academy when I was about 6 months postpartum with my third child. I knew I was done having babies and I was ready to find a way back to a body I recognized. So far, with Coach Bailey's help, I've lost 20+ pounds and the scale continues to drop weekly. These results may be slightly better than average, but I have been committed to rigorously following the plan laid out for me, and the plan is WORKING. After pregnancies past, I'd tried to self-paced workouts and eating plans but it always felt generic and didn't really move the needle. Metabolic Makeover Academy has been a game changer because the plan is tailored specifically to me, my stage of life, my body, etc. I'm in communication with my coach several times a week and she's actively looking at the whole picture of my workouts, my nutrition, my weight, my sleep--ALL of it--to ensure we're pulling the right levers at the right time. Metabolic Makeover Academy also has a vibrant community aspect as well, where members can share wins and struggles, meal ideas, and everything in between. This community engagement brings an added layer of accountability and encouragement to the process. Metabolic Makeover Academy sports a premium price tag, but what you get is a premium product. I found MMA through instagram. I was seeing posts from their account, as well as Audrey's account, sharing her story and the before&after progress photos of their clients. Not only was I impressed with the successful results of their journey with this coaching company, but I really related to Audrey's story. I felt like she was talking specifically to me! It sounded like she was telling my exact story; A woman in her mid 30s putting in the effort to work out 3-4 times per week (with a trainer!) and eat VERY clean, but not seeing the results I wanted. Attempting to lose weight through unhealthy habits like restricting and excessive cardio only to fail, or put it right back on again. Feeling guilty about enjoying events and food outings, or punishing myself afterwards. I was ready to make a change in order to see the results I was striving for, so I knew I needed to try something new/different. I reached out and scheduled a consultation call after coming home from a vacation feeling insecure about how I looked, despite my valiant efforts to prepare. During the consult call, they explained the phases of their program and why each one is important and how it will help me achieve my desired results long term. I committed to a 6 month plan, and have never been happier; it was the best decision I have ever made! Over the course of 6 months I lost 18 pounds and 5% body fat; My body has completely transformed. I stayed consistent with following the meal and workout protocols customized for me. It was overwhelming in the beginning to follow a calorie/macro plan, but I knew I needed to track and measure what I was doing and be held accountable in order to see results. I THOUGT, or FELT like I was doing all the right things before, but consistently following a plan designed for my body/needs and tracking to make sure I was meeting those goals is what made the biggest impact. My coach, Emma, has been so supportive and is always there to answer any questions via text chat, provide weekly video feedback, and catch up through monthly check in zoom calls. There are also community group chats where you can interact and relate with other MMA clients from all over the country for additional support! Before my 6 month plan was up, I committed to an additional 6 months to move into a maintenance and lifestyle balance phase to help me maintain my amazing results. I actually became one of the before&after success stories that brought me to MMA to begin with! Not only am I happy with the progress I have made physically, but mentally as well. I have learned so much about healthy eating & lifestyle habits and overcome so many challenges I faced previously following information fed to me by unhealthy diet culture. I've never been happier with how I look and feel and I am confident MMA has taught me the skills I need to maintain this lifestyle.

MMA and coach Taylor are the real deal! It was just what I needed! The commitment the whole community provides starts from day 1 intake. They listen to hear not just respond. Coach Taylor provided me just what I needed and provided the education behind it and taught me to trust the process. My body recomp was amazing but my growth in mindset and emotional well being far exceeded my expectations. Invest in MMA to invest in yourself! You won’t regret it

What started from desperation and wedding prep, turned into a pivotal and monumental shift in my entire mindset. I’m incredibly grateful to Bailey and the MMA program for helping me transform my life, health, and habits. Their guidance, encouragement, and support have made such a meaningful difference—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I’ve developed healthier habits, more confidence, and a completely different mindset about taking care of myself. MMA genuinely cares about their clients and creates an environment that motivates you to keep pushing and becoming your best self.
