I have always had great experiences with Wayside gardens.

Some of the worst product I've ever received by mail order and I purchase a lot. Most had to be replaced or credited which you did but the replacement plants wern't good either. I just gave up and forgot about Wayside till now. Years ago you were credible but not now.

Hello, I had been a very loyal customer, and now I throw away your catalogs without even opening them. My last order was petunias which looked awful. I contacted you and had a back and forth that led to no resolution. This was the first time in many years that my railing boxes looked disgusting. I won't order from you anymore--there are several other companies that I enjoy doing business with and they will get additional orders. Prior to this experience I did love your catalog and products. Goodbye...Janet

It is hard to give an honest review of living plants purchased, because some of the problems with their performance may not be Wayside's fault. But of the four items ordered, the coreopsis ladybird simply never grew and the buddleia Miss Molly only put up three puny shoots. The globemaster alliums and the hydrangea endless summer both did fairly well. I think it will take another year to really comment on the quality of these plants.

Under sized plants for the price. Never Recvd a reply to my inquiry email about a particular plant..

REcieved 4 clematis vines looking spindly. 2 plants demonstrated no growth. i called apparently 2 weeks to late to discuss failure to thrive. ( I have many other clematis and have grown them for years. Was told the company would do nothing. gty is 90 days. thats not even enough time to evaluate something that has to establish a root system before demonstrating top growth. lost my business. Replaced with plants from another company with superior product and warranty.

This survey is useless if multiple orders were placed and you would like for me to remember what was ordered and When. I had a package of littlies that never grew.
