Plants are really small and aren't doing that well in my yard. The staff didn't seem to know when back orders were shipping or would get different answers from different people. Prices are high for what you get.

Terrible service and arrogant about it. My experience has been that other companies, and indeed other nurseries, who operate on a deferred shipment basis, have the courtesy to send you an email alerting you to the shipment and proposing a shipping date. That way, if you are to be away from home you can arrange for a specific shipping date so your perishables dont die on the porch. Waysides customer rep simply said -- Too bad, you were told what the shipping window would be -- as if that actually was an answer. From now on I will deal with other nurseries.

I have received many plants from Wayside over the many years. Wayside is one of my favorite nurseries because of the rare plants they carry. I truly love the trees and shrubs because of their uniqueness. The rare plants sell out quickly so you have to buy them when you see them. The plants always arrive looking lush and in perfect condition. Sadly to say, I have to discontinue gardening because two of my neighbors have stolen numerous trees and shrubs and continue to do so. They have enlisted many people who come from different neighborhoods to steal them also. I have enlisted the help of police, but to no avail. Because of their uniqueness, I can identify every one of them in and around the neighborhood. One Officer said, "They steal your plants because they are so beautiful". I shared a lot of plants with my other neighbors, but these neighbors wanted every one of them and they have thus suceeded. I had the most beautiful garden in my whole area. How I just help other gardeners develop their gardens. This have left a big hole in my heat not being able to purchase what I want, but I will just have to wait on GOD! Thanks Wayside for giving me the joy I still crave, I love flowers more than eating!
