Wayside GardensReviews of waysidegardens.com

I had not purchased from Wayside Gardens in a couple of decades (literally!) since moving to the west coast. But I knew for the plant I wanted, Wayside was a supplier who had it, and I knew the product would be shipped at the right time and packaged for safe arrival. I planted it in my garden, and tended it with care during our record-breaking summer drought, and it has shown such beautiful fall color and seems to have established well. Their packaging is designed for success!

I would NEVER buy anything from Wayside again. I purchased a 6 pack of chick charms sedums. They were $26. Not only were they miniscule, most of them the size of my pinky, but they were not identified as to which was which AND their shipping department needs to be FIRED. The first time they shipped my 6-pack, it was in a giant box (about 10x what was needed). The poor plants were at the bottom of the box with a bunch of paper crammed on top. Needless to say, they didn't make it upright and the entire container was dumped out all over. They would only replace it, so, they shipped it again. Again, in a HUGE box with paper crammed on top and dumped out everywhere. After the second time, they wouldn't give me a refund, only a credit, which I'll probably never use. To summarize, the product was crap and the shipping was worse. Not a single one of these poor things survived and they were sedums, for gosh sake. You have to work really hard to kill them. Buyer beware!!

Everything I bought was weak and didn't grow. The packing is horrible which doesn't protect the plants. Found no dirt in some of the containers and dried up roots or rotted stems.

When I received my last shipment of plants, they were in terrific condition!! Thank you very much!

I've ordered many plants from Wayside Gardens. Every order has arrived healthy because of the care put into shipping materials. Highly recommended.

good service!

Wonderful, healthy plants!

First order was great. Second order was almost dead. I won’t order on line again
