Wayside GardensReviews of waysidegardens.com

Wayside always has the best plants. I ordered a Carol Mackie daphne many years ago that is still flourishing in Chicago!! I usually order from several places in the spring and I always notice that Wayside sends the largest, most healthy plants that survive the toughest conditions.

Plants were packed terrible and three of the plants were already dead from shipping. I called customer service and sent them photos of the dead plants to the email provided by there customer service rep. I didn't here back from them in a weeks time so I put my wife on the case and she got them to give me credit for the three dead plants. On the bright side, the plants began to thrive as the summer continued.

Phoned to request marginally later shipping date. This worked great. Except two plants were missing - to be shipped later. They arrived when I was again traveling, and when I returned they were both dead. Most unfortunate.

some plants I received , the growth was black and slimey in the peanuts. did not recover from the root after cutting as I was told by customer service. Not worth the hassle to continue to contact them. And it has happened again since.

Good mail order source for popular plants.

your plants are always super strong, and service good

The order was never completed and what did arrive was damaged. A very friendly customer service team - just lacking the ability to resolve problems.

Every plant I have received from Wayside Gardens has been very healthy. Arrived when they said they would. Gave good instructions as how to take care of them and answers all my questions.
