small, poorly rooted and undersized plants for very high prices. You can find much better deals at smaller nurseries

Ordered a rain barrel, matching base for added height & ease of use, & a gutter attatchment kit to make these pieces functional. Instead, received a hollow 'column' (no idea of what use this would have), the requested base, and an attatchment kit with an entirely different design (plus, it's GREEN - who has GREEN gutters?). After a long wait, the proper rain barrel was finally shipped. STILL WAITING for the >>>WHITE<<< GUTTER ATTACHMENT KIT... So, upwards of $ 300 was funneled to Wayside for NOTHING. Don't waste your time...or money!!!

Shipping is too expensive. Some items I would have purchased but didn't because of shipping costs

plants are small and expensive. Most shrubs take a long time to look like illustrations. However, they have varieties that are unavailable at local nurseries. So,iif you want something unusual or different, the company delivers. I have used this company for years and sometimes it's a love\hate relation.
