Shipped 30 days before our last frost free date so it has struggled all growing season to put on any growth. I don’t understand why this would happen.

I HAVE LOST 2 PLANTS ORDERED FROM WAYSIDE, HOWEVER, A GREATER NUMBER OF THEM DID SURVIVE NICELY SO I JUST WRITE THAT OFF TO LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION - SOMETIMES IT'S JUST NOT THE RIGHT SPOT IN THE GARDEN FOR THAT PARTICULAR PLANT. JOAN IN ZONE 5 MICHIGAN

I ordered some bare root plants which did not sprout. I also ordered a cherry pensteman and a purple one. When they bloomed both were purple. I contacted customer service in august. . I was told nothing could be done because it was beyond the 90 day return period. I was very upset and told customer svc that I would think really hard before ordering again. Every other mail order company has a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and I didn't realize wayside gardens was different. They do have unusual plants which is what attracted me to the website in the first place. If I order again i will be extremely selective in my choices.

Always top quality plants at reasonable prices

I bought a Diva's Choice Daylily last year at a premium price and received a puny pale yellow division that did not live more than two weeks. And 'lived' is an overstatement. I mentor master gardeners and I would not recommend you to any gardener. I cannot believe you felt it was okay to send such a poor product.

Product arrived on time and bulbs were large and good quality. Thank you.
