I ordered 2 clematis. They arrived in wonderful condition, in fact, one was blooming. Highly recommend.

My plants arrived on the day to plant them in Kansas. I hired a professional K-St gardener to plant them. The trip was too much for these plants. They are sadly dead.

Unfortunately I have not yet received my order, therefore unable to give a higher rating. My order was placed 3 weeks ago and I am in zone 9 so this was not an issue in shipping. After 2 weeks I wrote requesting information and received a automatic response stating they were experiencing heavy volume of customer service and would get back to me asap. Never heard a word. Received notice today package arriving tomorrow. Can't attest to quality of product since I have not received it. I am not going to bother ordering from this company again.

The plants and flowers are so healthy and just as described; the packing is protective and we have never had a problem. They stand behind their products too and have replaced free of charge any item that did not survive
