I ordered over a week ago and still haven’t even gotten an email that my items been shipped. I’m pissed and extremely unimpressed. I love this bong, this will be my second one but the last I purchased from an in-person store; NEVER AGAIN will I buy from your online store it SUCKS!!! I’ll be calling for a refund if my orders not shipped within 24 hours….an entire week is ample time to put a stupid bong in a box!

Item has still not arrived. Have not received any response from the store. Sent multiple emails and considering cancelling the payment.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH WAXMAID!! I’m warning you now, I’ve always been a fan of their pieces but do not order one offline!! I ordered one a month & a half ago & still haven’t gotten it, first I ordered it 2 months ago then after 2 weeks they said something went wrong on their end and I had too reorder, so I did & it was supposed too come in 3 weeks, that was 5 weeks ago.. and the package has been sitting at their place with the shipping label for 8 days now, all they have too do is put the label on it & send it. Buying a piece should be a Fun/ Exciting moment but this has been nothing but stress, I’m starting too feel like I got screwed over & I don’t know if I’m ever even gonna get my package. WAXMAID IS A JOKE! They say too go too their website and report your issues & they’ll try too get back too you in 12 hours, we’ll the past week I’ve submitted a few of those & gotten no email or anything back, so I’ve been ignored, lied too multiple times, really just getting screwed over, Waxmaid was one of my favorite places for pieces, but after all this it’s made me realize, they’re an unprofessional excuse of a business, I run a business & ship 10,000 packages across the US weekly with no issues

2 weeks after placing my order i received an automatic email asking me to rate the product. i clicked the 'haven't received my order yet' icon and it stated the seller would be notified. another week went by with nothing so i emailed customer service- no response. a week later i received another of those review request emails so i decided i'd give waxmaid one more chance to let me know what's going on with my order. finally did get a response on my second attempt and was told the order would ship right away. it did, and they offered a tracking #. item arrived the following week- and is the wrong item. they're either extremely short staffed and struggling to keep up with demand, or they're using their products to get high all day long. either way- i requested a refund plus the cost of shipping the wrong item back to them. if i receive both in a timely manner, i'll update this to a 2-star review. edit: customer service offered to send me the correct product and to not bother with shipping the incorrect one back. will be happy to edit this review and increase the # of stars if they follow through with it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Product arrived damaged, stem of glass bowl was chipped and water stem was split and disintegrating. Custom service non-existent. I’ve sent two emails to the company hoping to resolve this to which I’ve received no response. Would love to have resolved this but the only communications I get from the company are asking for a review. Perhaps this might result in a response.
