I ordered a Crystor S Mini from Waxmaid about a month ago. I’ve been using it since, and the clear silicone on the base has since turned brown and looks dirty (the brown staining does not come off with cleaning, boiling, etc.). I emailed customer service to see if this was normal for the product, since it’s still basically new, and received weird responses calling me “fam” and not offering any real help for the situation. The last response I received said “hello fam. I’m sorry I didn’t satisfy you.” It’s a great silicone bong, but the weird customer service exchange has put me off buying more Waxmaid products.

I got the dabber Looks gr3at and pretty well built but sadly no matter what I do can barley get it to work It seems to waste more dabs than anything It's like it just dosent get hot enough or something Anyway if the thing worked as it should I would have been really happy

Haven't made my mind up yet.....still trying to figure out heat settings.....sometime get great hits and sometimes not so great....so still learning

Was the item I ordered, but wrong color. I even took extra time to make sure that wouldn't be an issue. Very disappointed. Makes me Leary to attempt ordering another product for fear it will show up wrong or worse. 061722 I've been using the product, cause it's a great product. I'd had one like it before but it got misplaced. That's the reason I ordered one. The product itself wasn't the issue. It's the color. Pink and white. I'd ordered green, even green blue and white would've been an acceptable substitute. It's like smoking from a marital aid. 🤣

Arrived within a week of ordering, strong scilionce and nice colors. I have an older model of the same product (it's an orange and white piece that isn't currently available) that ones hits better. The newer one requires more suction to smoke. It's not as smooth as the old one in my opinion but it's still a good piece I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to mess with a rig or likes to travel and smoke.

Took nearly a full week just for my order to be processed. After 6 days of waiting I finally got a confirmation email with a tracking number. The package is being shipped thru some Chinese USPS partner and hasn't been updated in 3 days. Still waiting on my package. I already know the product is quality, that's why I bought it. I just wish the customer service matched that.

This purchase was fine. But my last purchase was horrible. And it was a way larger purchase than just a sleeve for my horn. I bought an Aries and it was a horrible machine. Both bowls burned up within 2 weeks of getting it. It was also having a hard time holding a charge. Mine you, we paid 179 for our Aries, before they went down in price. Anyways, I email Waxmaid. I got an extremely long email back asking me about my usage and how we handle our Aries, and oh by the way the atomizers do go out fairly quickly, but we have replacements in the store.. (At 25 bucks or so) I emailed back the info they wanted, and I never got any response back from Waxmaid. We spent a lot of money for a machine we got to use for 2 weeks before it broke and very little communication from the company. 3 stars is being nice.

I got the waxmaid ares as a gift from a friend it was brand new I’ve used it for a few months now and as of this morning it won’t charge anymore very disappointed ☹️
