Their products are reasonably priced, great for on the go, and well made.

I placed an order on October 26th and still have not received a shipping notification almost a month later. I contacted support about my issue and was not given any information on where my order was or any solution. I had to fill out the online twice form and then reach out via email because I did not receive a response. Your website clearly says that orders will be shipped between 5-9 days after placing an order, so I’m not sure what happened.

This is the third review request I have had and my product has not arrived. Okay then... I ordered a water pipe exactly 18 days ago and have not received it. Just emailed them and was told it will ship within the next week. No idea what is going on. Not happy about this at all.

I placed an order on October 25th and still have not received my order as of November 14th (definitely not 2 to 3 day delivery as stated) but have received 3 correspondence to leave a review of how my experience has been…it’s been a joke! I have reached out to Waxmaid via their “contact us” through their website, Instagram and from PayPal…absolutely no response which is unacceptable. I’m not sure how any of the Smoke Shops buy from you but if your customer service to them is anything like what mine has been you won’t last very long in business.

I placed an order on November 1st and it has not yet shipped. I’ve emailed customer service twice and have not received a reply even though it states that you should receive a reply within 12 hours. At this point, I am questioning if this website is legitimate. EDIT: 6 days later and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. These responses from waxmaid are disingenuous.

I made a purchase over a week ago. I have sent emails trying to get the status of my purchase, or was my purchase order even received and processed by you. No one has responded to my email, I’m beginning to wonder what kind of company this is, I hope I haven’t been taken.
