Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We had some technical issues during our annual inventory that did cause some packages and customer service requests to be delayed by 1-2 days, we're terribly sorry for that. We have fixed these issues and all packages are now being shipped the same day they are ordered. We really appreciate your patience, and sorry again about the delay here!!
