Watch Warehouse had my order shipped within 24 hours of purchase. My watch was securely packaged, and I saved 25% off MSRP by ordering from them. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Watch Warehouse again in the future.

Hey Kyle, Glad you chose to go with us for an authentic timepiece at a fraction of the price you'd pay in store. Hope you enjoy the new watch for years to come! Cheers

After 8 days I still haven’t received my watch. I try using the tracking number given to me. I track it everyday and the last update is stuck on January 28th. At this point and time, not sure if I’ll ever get my watch.

Hello, so sorry to hear that you had some delays with your package. Looking into it I do see that it was delivered and picked up today - unfortunately since you had specified a P.O. Box address we have to ship through the US Postal Service who often times is unable to deliver packages as fast as a regular shipment from Fedex or UPS. Again, very sorry for the delay, but with P.O. Box deliveries they do often take a little bit longer. I applied a $25 store credit to your account for the trouble that you can use for any future purchase. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with, and we hope you enjoy your new watch. We consider anything less than 5 stars to be a failing on our part, so we hope that you might consider revising this review if you are now satisfied with everything. Thank you again for your business.

Got a good deal on the Longines Conquest VHP. Great shipping. As for the watch, love it! You do have to be careful on the cut to size rubber strap as it is tricky to maintain the deployant clasp directly under the wrist while achieving a proper fit.

Hi Douglas, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Cutting those bands can definitely be a little tricky, we always recommend taking it into a watch repair store as they are often used to dealing with them and will generally do a great job for you. If you need anything from us please don't hesitate to reach out --enjoy your new VHP!
