This listing says the band is made of leather. It’s made of plastic. More disappointing is that it’s plastic that’s made to look like leather and it’s very cheap feeling. It sits poorly on my wrist. Since it’s plastic, it doesn’t breathe, so it just traps sweat in itself. It is another 105 dollars plus tax and shipping to get the correct band from Tissot. Do you plan to refund that to me?

My watch battery does not hold a charge. with 24 hours under a light and 10 hours of direct sunlight and it doesn't work properly for more than 6 hours.

If you place an order with the incorrect shipping address we highly recommend that you call our number right away to speak with someone and get the order held before it's shipped.

Ordering was easy - package still hasn’t arrived and 2-3 day shipping was promised when ordered. FedEx updates are inaccurate and the package must be signed for (inaccurate updates are unacceptable in this situation)

The national weather emergency with the storm across the US caused many Fedex hubs to become inoperable, packages were put behind by nearly a week with over 4,000 planes unable to depart. We're doing all that we can to get these packages to their final destinations but unfortuantely we have limited control over this situation. I ordered watch with BLACK hands but it came with silver hands. Hard tp read for me. I could not pull the side button out set the watch. I did not want to force it so I have to return it. I was excited to receive it but very disappointed in the watch that came.

The Monteblanc Pen M164 is an item I’ve wanted and was pleased to find it while browsing. I am dissatisfied with the advertisement displayed showing a case with a lid that closes shut for the pen’s safekeeping; yet the case sent that I received did not have a lid. It was half of a case with a card board tray with no lid that closes shut as advertised. Please send the correct case with respect to my purchase of the above item as deserved. Thank you. Can you please send some photos of the box you received to [email protected] -- it seems as if perhaps the box was somehow damaged, this doesn't sound like the box we would have sent to you with this pen. It should have just been the standard Montblanc box.

After 8 days I still haven’t received my watch. I try using the tracking number given to me. I track it everyday and the last update is stuck on January 28th. At this point and time, not sure if I’ll ever get my watch.

Hello, so sorry to hear that you had some delays with your package. Looking into it I do see that it was delivered and picked up today - unfortunately since you had specified a P.O. Box address we have to ship through the US Postal Service who often times is unable to deliver packages as fast as a regular shipment from Fedex or UPS. Again, very sorry for the delay, but with P.O. Box deliveries they do often take a little bit longer. I applied a $25 store credit to your account for the trouble that you can use for any future purchase.
