I would like to share my positive experience of buying from WatchWarehouse. I was kept regularly informed of progress by the shop and courier. Delivery was fast (it took 4 working days to Central Europe) and the package was very well packed. I must also mention the good price.

I decided on a watch, purchased it online, and then changed my mind before it shipped. Watchwarehouse cancelled the order, refunded my money immediately, which showed up the next day, and then I ordered the new watch I had decided on. It arrived in three days, just as described.

Fedex left the package in front of the house for a couple of hours - it was supposed to have someone signature, but they didn't even ring the bell. Other than that, it was as expected. The watch looks great and it is original.

Terribly sorry to hear you had some issues with Fedex. We've tried all major shipping carriers and have found Fedex to be the most reliable, unfortunately with mail things can always go wrong. Really glad it worked itself out, and please let us know if there's anything at all we can help with
