Great prices! Super fast shipping, easy payment. Item is authentic and as described. I was able to register my Tissot at the official website without issue. Will definitely make a future purchase.

I really do like the watch but after sizing the metal bracelet I noticed it's too hard to tell time on the watch. The pins in the bracelet were very cheap and hard to get back into the watch one bent on me. I'm wanting to return the watch for a refund please. Thank you

Hey Steve, sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with your watch. In the event of a broken pin when trying to size the band this is a pretty common occurrence. Even watch repair stores will sometimes bend a pin, which is why they keep plenty of replacements on hand. We advise always taking a watch to a store to have it resized if you don't have all the tools yourselves or just to avoid any headache, but regardless we have already reached out and we are going to get this replaced for you so you can enjoy your new watch. The particular watch you ordered has a very intricate motif on the dial, and it's a beautiful, rare, collector's watch.
