Warrior Winches provided excellent customer service with order processed and winch shipped in a timely manner. Problem with the winch itself. Mounting challenge but no a major issues got it on with minor modifications. Winch worked as expected. Battery on ATV drained over night not sure why but installed a battery cutoff to winch and will keep/use winch as necessary. An inconvenient extra step but not the end of the world . Wireless remote is not useful and disconnected remote receiver and put back in the box. Manufacturers problem not Warrior Winches

Good product at a fair price. Longer warranty than others,which hopefully I will not need to use. Relatively quick shipping. Nice little package.

Again disappointing! This company sold me a $3000 winch . Arrived severely damaged . I payed a shop to put it back k together , then I asked them to pay for my time and shop bill. They offered 10% of the Purchase price that’s about $300 . Now about 18 months later when I need more parts for theyr winch I asked for parts in return of the 10% but they say it’s no longer valid. Just stay away can’t trust this product and it take 48 hours to get back to you. Even if you need to order the report you’ll be out for weeks. Your truck would be out for weeks out of business because of how slow do they move? They have no phone number to contact customer service and now I understand why.

Best mounting plate I could find for my setup. Took a chance the Vevor 13500 would fit with no alteration and it did perfectly1/4 inch steel and extremely heavy duty.

Fabricating winch box for skid steer. Wanted extra fairlead on front of box. Very nice construction. Should work great for this application.
