Bought a car hauler in March of 2026 that came with a warrior winch. So far the winch works great except for the wireless remote, if one car is on the trailer it blocks the signal going to the receiver, very frustrating when loading inop cars & the winch won’t work. I’ve moved the receiver back to the center of the trailer, we’ll see if that helps. My main gripe tho is the $70 cover that, after only 5 months, is completely faded & dry rotting ! I can get a cheap $20 cover off of Amazon that will last about a year. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I ordered the synthetic rope. Needs better product referencing on the website. Or give the option to change the hook size. Seems the 22k can use either the 1/2” or 9/16’s size, but the hook that comes with the 1/2” is too small and the 9/16 rope is a bit overkill as well as the hook. I needed the 1/2” with yellow hook (not sure the dimension). But shipping was fast and orderly. Also, good communication was present; despite the lack of options and material knowledge.

Warrior Winches provided excellent customer service with order processed and winch shipped in a timely manner. Problem with the winch itself. Mounting challenge but no a major issues got it on with minor modifications. Winch worked as expected. Battery on ATV drained over night not sure why but installed a battery cutoff to winch and will keep/use winch as necessary. An inconvenient extra step but not the end of the world . Wireless remote is not useful and disconnected remote receiver and put back in the box. Manufacturers problem not Warrior Winches

Not installed yet, but it took two weeks to arrive.

The process was perfectly fine. The shipping was terrible. I’m pretty sure it took almost three weeks for the remote to come in the mail. In the day and age of Amazon and pkgs getting delivered almost the very next day I would say you have some work to do. Usually people are ordering parts because they need a replacement….my current remote was on the fritz and I could have used the new one sooner. Great product slow shipping.

The winch is good quality but we need to return it and order a 4500 instead. I am trying to find out the base measurements of the 4500 so we know if it will fit the mounting bracket/plate we have on atv. Have been in contact with them by email and they are looking for order etc to return 3500. Raymond Edwards

They could stand behind there winches better !

Winch arrived quickly and works well but one of the wireless remotes does not work in the "out" direction. The website where you register your warranty is sketchy and continues to give errors without telling you what is wrong. You have to keep changing different things until if finally accepts the info.
