No Shady business here
I’m giving them 5 stars because I FELT like they con’d me.. but I was later proven wrong First.. Thru Email, I’d conveyed to them that I wasn’t happy with my current 3500lb Traveler CABLE winch (from tractor supply) because the steel cable was impossible to keep tight on the drum. I’d seen their synthetic winches used by wrecker Rick and he didn’t have that unspooling problem. The salesman assured me I’d be happy with a sleath winch from warrior.. so I purchased one, received yesterday. Well guess what.. A STEATH WINCH FROM WARRIOR IS THE VERY SAME TRAVELER WINCH FROM TRACTOR SUPPLY. THEY ARE THE SAME WINCH!! NOT SIMILAR. THEY ARE THE SAME! Different paint and decal. I even used all of the traveler solenoid and remotes on the stealth. Why change them? They’re identical. After further communication, I was informed that this company was in the UK and would have no knowledge of a tractor supply winch… so to be fair I can’t fault them any. Their follow up communications have been more than polite and concerned. Seriously!! I can’t be upset at them.. The synthetic winch is so much better than the cable. No unspooling.

Thanks for taking the time to chat with me over email earlier this week. I’m glad we had the chance to dig into this and that we could end our conversation on a positive note. I completely hear you on the frustration regarding the winch models. To be honest, your feedback was a real eye-opener for us. Like I mentioned in our emails, if you ever need synthetic rope, accessories, or just have a technical question down the road, please reach out to me directly. I’d love the chance to make it up to you

I purchased a Stealth 13,500lb winch and am very pleased with it. The quality is excellent. I originally looked at the price and assumed it would probably be an OK winch. I couldn't have been more wrong! It's not a good winch for the price, it is a good winch, period. The performance is nothing short of amazing and it looks good to boot. I am looking forward to many years of service from my winch and the possible purchase of an additional winch for my other truck. Thank you, Warrior Winches! Kelly O'

when I thought the delivery was taking to long, it was amazing how Lauren stepped in and located the winch and got it delivered within one day after locating it.
