We have reviewed the enquiries we have received from you and can see that multiple new tickets have been submitted. Unfortunately, we have not received a response to the emails we sent regarding each of these tickets. We provided pairing instructions and specifically asked whether these had resolved the issue, but we did not receive a response confirming whether the instructions had worked. We have also been unable to find any email from us requesting that you return your remotes for repair. If you could provide us with the ticket number or details of the enquiry where you believe we requested this, we will be more than happy to investigate this further. We are still very willing to resolve the issue for you and get your remotes working. Please respond to the emails associated with your existing ticket so our support team can continue assisting you and avoid any further confusion
