Remote would not connect
Remote would not connect, they have no way of communication but through email, and when you finally get emailed back then they need a video to prove it don't work, then they want me to pay for shipping back to them on a item that I bought from them that does not work Shitty customer service, and where I'm from we always thrive to make the customer happy. Do better

In this instance, you requested a refund but declined to provide a video to allow us to diagnose the reported issue with the remote. We also asked questions relating to the reported fault, which remain unanswered. As a video was not provided, we were unable to diagnose the fault. We therefore offered the option of returning the item under our 30-day no-quibble guarantee. However, returns under this guarantee require the customer to cover the return carriage costs. Everything seems to be great quality
Everything seems to be great quality. Had a cheap winch previously, and comparing the two, the difference is obvious. Thanks for quality at a fair price

Well thought design, easy to assemble and easy to install. One tough winch!!!!

Product looks clean
Product looks clean, installs fairly easily. Lead were a little short to reach battery , but overcame with a shut of switch. Fits the Warn III push bar well. You should offer a shut off or circuit breaker ( size is important). For a new truck as there are limited switch mounting options
