When I was trying to register for a product that was handled by this company, I found out it was not. The Customer Service rep - Jay was still professional and very helpful with the company's competitor product to help get registered. Thank you so much again.

Pros: great customer service, was paid in a timely manner and given clear instructions on needed receipts/information. Cons: the website could be made easier to use. Extra: the site is legit. It looks like a lot of the customer complaints stemmed from not providing the proper information and blaming the company for this. It's literally 3 receipts and a few pictures.

Left me AND the phone repair guy hanging for hours because of a computer issue. Had to contact them via email because they didn't pick up any phones. All I got was a snarky response ignoring my question. Luckily the phone guy figured it out 2 days later. This company sucks. They pay WHOLESALE only for the repair parts. So your phone people are not getting paid. This company basically depends on well meaning business owners to repair phones for free.

Hello customer, I am sorry that you had that experience recently. I am glad the issue was resolved and you were able to get your device repaired. We do pay all our repair dealers fairly, repairs are not done by these owners for free. If this was the case, they would not be doing the repair.

Bought a warranty with my refurb'd AC. Took a while to find one of the manufacturers' approved repair (web site incorrectly identified others). The repair costs were 3x the original cost, so I was compensated the cost of the original unit to replace.

I recieved a product code for my protection plan but it didn't work. So I called the support dept and Jay took me on a very comprehensive step by step on resolving my issue. I was overly satisfied with his level of professionalism.
