Jay was very helpful and did follow up to make sure that I had my problem solved.

Jay was awesome. The app I was using on my phone didn't work and they didn't have a contact number. I found this company and even though I was not with his company, he tried to help me and stayed on the phone as I tried again. Again the app didn't work and he sent me their contact info. No one else in any company goes out of their way to help others. Jay gave me hope for humankind again and customer service. An asset to your company.

I sent an email regarding my inability to register a product, within an hour i received a call from Jay. He was very understanding of my issues. He informed me that i had downloaded the wrong product, doing the call several times at least 3 i can recall my phone dropped the call, Jay promptly called back. Jay remained on the phone while i completed my product registration, i might add he was PATIENT because i experienced some issues on my end. When i finally completed the registration, Jay again nice and kind made sure all was ok, then dropped a bomb on me.... he told me he didn't work for the company but just wanted to help. You can't imagine how stocked i was, to find someone just willing to help... THANK YOU JAY FOR A JOB WELL DONE
