My son and I accidentally downloaded the app to register for one of their products. When it wasn't working, we submitted a request for help. It wasn't even their product and they provided clear easy to follow instructions for how we should get our product registered. They even followed up to make sure that we were successful registering a different product. That's definitely 5 star customer service!

Worse service ever. I only had my phone for a month when I dropped it in the driveway and broke the screen. The company took forever to respond to my email. They have a phone number but it only goes to voicemail. When I asked from information to the supervisor or manager I never recieved it. What a waste of $50 for a worthless screen protector. Even the store I purchased the screen from said it's not worth it.

Prompt and Courteous Help My issue was resolved after I had found the correct information that I already had in my possession. But the agent was very nice in making sure I had resolved my issue and did not need anything else since he had already made contact with me.

Even though i went to the wrong warranty company. The rep took the time to help me find the correct company to register my warranty. Truly professional. Thanks so much for the help when you didn't have to help.

Even though they were the WRONG company for me, they still took their time to help me find the right company to register my product. I'd say that's a plus for customer service satisfaction!

Ok...so here is the thing....I contacted them with the wrong product to register and they helped me register the product. They didn't turn me away or send me to the correct website, just walked me through an issue they have been dealing with a lot lately. They were kind and understanding throughout the entire process. I will definitely look out for their products and have definitely become a customer

August 22: Get my repaired phone back. Update: On Jul 31 they said they are waiting for confirmation of a part. Its August 9 now. Really? These guys say bothing meaningful as far as action. I don't see how a company can be reputable the way they operate. I received a pre-auth. I went to UbreakIfix because they are listed as an "authorized" repair shop where I can go through them to have it processed through them and pay the deductible through them. Nope, UbreakIfix says they don't know who Warranty Life is and they don't have a relationship with them and they tell me these 3rd party warranty providers just aren't worth it. Well, since I can't go through UbreakIFix to process the claim, I don't want to pay the full amount upfront. So i see the part of Warranty Life's email that says I can send the phone in paying the deductible only after requesting a shipping label. I have requested the shipping label for 4 days straight and NO RESPONSE. It's funny because in Warranty Life's email to me, they say specifically: "DON'T PAY OUT OF POCKET! An Authorized warranty life dealer MUST file the claim through the partner portal if they are repairing for a Warranty Life product or the customer may not be eligible for reimbursement." What am I supposed to believe, a claims rep or their official email text?

I broke my screen on my S9 submitted a claim was given a pre-approval for repairs took my phone to the sprint store had them fix it . Paid out of pocket and submitted all appropriate pictures or repairs and receipts. Have both heard anything back since July 17th . As they requested I submitted my PayPal name so I can receive funds and yet to receive anything. So far not happy with the process /turn around time .
